We reserve the right to cancel entries for which payment has not yet been received. you plan to pay at the door, you should also plan to pay the $25 late fee!


PAY AT THE DOOR?
Yes, you can pay at the door. But it'll cost you $25 extra!
All entries not paid in advance (by 10 PM on Monday, October 9) are subject to a $25 late fee
.

Why? Because collecting entry fees at the door really slows down the check-in process. Also, the club really needs to collect funds up front: most of our expenses must be paid before the show starts.


(The fine print: Any exhibitor whose payment has not been received for any reason by 10pm, Monday, October 9, 2017 will be assessed a $25.00 late fee. Payment at the door will be at the sole discretion of the Entry Clerk, will be subject to the $25.00 late fee, and MUST be paid in cash. No exceptions!)  

  
 
ENTER THE SHOW

To enter your cat in the show, submit the following to the entry clerk. (For closing dates, see the orange box at left.)   

  • A completed Summary Sheet.
  • A completed entry form for each cat you're entering.
  • Payment for the amount owed. All payment must be in US dollars.

We accept credit card payments via PayPal.

We also accept checks or money orders. Please make checks payable to The Evergreen Cat Fanciers.

Payment is due at the time the summary sheet & entry forms are received by the entry clerk. We reserve the right to cancel entries for which payment has not yet been received. Entries not paid by the regular closing date (includes "pay at the door") will be subject to a $25 late fee.


To Enter Online

To enter online, please submit a Summary Sheet and an entry form for each cat. Then, please send your payment within 24 hours. (If you have any problems with the online entry process, please email the entry clerk at entryclerk@evergreencatfanciers.org.)


To Email Your Entry

It's generally better to use our Summary Sheet and entry form than to simply send your entry information in an email. (Most folks who send in "email entries" end up inadvertently omitting something important.) If you use the online forms, you'll be prompted for all the information required.

If for some reason you can't get our online entry forms to work, then go ahead and enter via email. To do this, send an email containing the necessary information to the entry clerk at entryclerk@evergreencatfanciers.org. Please be sure to include all the information requested on the Summary Sheet, as well as complete entry information for each cat. (Also, please send an email to the webmaster, Betsy Tinney, at webmaster@wildpine.net to let her know of the problem with the forms -- something the entry clerk can't do much about.)

Email entries must be paid via PayPal (except for raffle ticket fees, which must be paid via check).


To phone in your entry:

You can enter by telephone. However, there is a $5 per entry charge for phone entries. To enter by phone, call the entry clerk.

Closing Dates

  • To qualify for our 10% Early Bird discount, your payment must reach the entry clerk by no later than September 9, 2017.
  • All entries must be received and paid by 10:00 pm October 9, 2017. This is the final date. There will NOT be any late pages.

Payment and Fees

  • All fees, services related to the show are due and payable within 24 hours of entry and/or summary forms submission, whether it be by website, phone, fax, email, or snail-mail, and as such constitutes an agreement to pay for those services, even if you fail to bench, or withdraw from the show.
  • All fees must be paid in U.S. funds. Money orders and bank checks are to be made payable to "The Evergreen Cat Fanciers". Only checks from a United States bank can be accepted. No post-dated checks.
  • Returned check fee — $30.00 plus any bank fees charged to the club.
  • NO REFUNDS! Once an entry or service has been received, only substitutions may be made, for a fee. Any excess payment will be considered a donation to the show.
  • Cats co-owned by members of two different households are eligible for multiple entry discounts ONLY if a photocopy of the cat's TICA registration accompanies the cat's entry showing the names of both co-owners.
  • End-of-row benching (not handicapped) — $15.00.
  • Phone entry fee — $5.00/entry.
  • Substitution fee — $10.00/entry.
  • Extra catalog — $5.00/each.
  • Late fee — Any exhibitor whose payment has not been received for any reason by the regular closing date will be assessed a $25 late fee. Payment at the door will be at the sole discretion of the Entry Clerk, will be subject to the $25 late fee, and MUST be paid in cash. No exceptions!

ENTRY TERMS

By entering this show, all exhibitors agree to the following terms:

  • Your cats are entered at your own risk.
  • If you have any changes, you will contact the Entry Clerk immediately.
  • You will abide by and uphold the rules of TICA and the Show Committee.
  • Entry fees and all related costs are due and payable as soon as an entry form or summary form has been received by the Entry Clerk, whether it be by website, phone, fax, email or snail-mail. Entering the show via any of these methods constitutes an agreement to pay in full for all services ordered, even if I withdraw from the show, fail to attend the show, or fail to complete the entry procedure.
  • You will pay all fees in U.S. Funds within 24 hours of submission of entry/summary information by one of the following options: Money order or bank check payable to "The Evergreen Cat Fanciers," or via PayPal payment to: treasurer@evergreencatfanciers.org.
  • There are no refunds once an entry or service request has been received by the Entry Clerk. However, substitutions may be made. See Fees Section.
  • Any excess payment is considered a donation to the show.
