ENTER THE SHOW
|
To enter your cat in the
show, submit the following to the
entry clerk. (For closing dates, see the
CLOSING DATES box in the left column.)
- A completed
Summary Sheet.
- A completed
entry form for each cat you're entering, via
TOES.

Payment for the amount owed
(within 24 hours of completing the summary sheet and/or submitting cat
entries). All payment must be in US dollars.

IMPORTANT:
At the time of
entry, you must agree to
follow
all TICA rules and all club rules, as
well as all
health & safety
rules in effect for this event.
Anyone not complying with these
rules will be required to leave the show without refund of
any monies paid.
PAYMENT
IMPORTANT: Entering the show
constitutes a commitment to pay
your show fees! The only situation
in which you would not owe for your show fees would be if the show is
cancelled.
- We accept the following forms of payment:
- Payment via PayPal
- Credit card payments via
Square.
- Checks, money orders, bank checks and cashier's
checks. Please make payable to
The Evergreen Cat Fanciers, and mail to The Evergreen Cat Fanciers,
c/o Ginger Stackpole, Treasurer, 11915-206th Ave SE, Snohomish, WA 98290.
- Please send your payment
within 24 hours of completing the summary sheet and/or
submitting cat entries.
- NOTE: We are unable to accept Canadian e-transfer payments
because the club does not have a Canadian bank account.
To Enter Online
- To enter online, please submit a summary
sheet via this website.
- On TOES,
you must also
enter each of your entries,
including any non-competing (sale/exhibition) cats you will be bringing
to the show.
- Please send
your payment within
24 hours of completing the summary sheet and/or submitting cat entries.

To Email Your Entry
It's better to use our
Summary Sheet and
enter your cats via
the TOES entry
system than to simply send your entry information in an email. (Most folks who
send in "email entries" end up inadvertently omitting something important.) If you use
the online forms, you'll be prompted for all the information required.
If for some reason you just can't get
our online entry forms to work, then go ahead and enter via email. To do this,
send an email containing the necessary information to the entry clerk at
entryclerk@evergreencatfanciers.org.
Please be sure to include all the information requested on the Summary Sheet, as
well as complete entry information for each cat.

24 hours of completing the summary sheet and/or submitting cat entries.
To phone in your entry
You can enter by telephone.
However, there is a $5 per entry charge for phone entries. To enter by
phone, call the entry clerk.
To enter via snail mail
Mail a printed summary sheet, entry forms, and a signed copy of our
Health Rules document to the entry clerk.
- If paying by check or money order, your payment must accompany your mailed
entries and summary sheet.
- If paying by credit card or PayPal, please submit your payment within
24 hours of mailing your entries.
Closing Dates
- To qualify for our Early Bird discount, US
entries must be paid by
January 4, 2025.
- Regular entries (and Canadian entries) must be received and paid
by 10:00 PM on
Sunday, February 2, 2025
. All
entries and all services ordered must be received & paid by this
date/time. No late entries will be accepted.
PAYment and Fees
- As soon as your entry/summary form has been received by the Entry Clerk, whether
it be by website, phone, email, or snail-mail, you are committed to pay
for your entries and all related costs. Submitting entry
information via any of these methods constitutes an agreement to pay for
all services ordered, even if you withdraw from the show, fail to attend
the show, or fail to complete the entry process. The only way you would
not owe entry fees is if the show is cancelled.
- Please send
your payment within
24 hours of completing the summary sheet and/or submitting cat entries.
- Any payment received after 10 PM on the
final closing date will be assessed a $25 fee.
- Pay all fees in U.S. funds by money order, check, cashier's check,
credit card, or
PayPal to
treasurer@evergreencatfanciers.org. Make checks payable
to "The Evergreen Cat Fanciers" and mail to: The Evergreen Cat Fanciers,
c/o Ginger Stackpole, Treasurer, 11915-206th Ave SE, Snohomish, WA 98290.
- Returned check fee — $30.00 plus any bank fees charged
to the club.
- NO REFUNDS! Once an entry or service has been received,
only substitutions may be made, for a fee. Any excess payment will be
considered a donation to the show.
- Cats co-owned by members of two
different households are eligible for multiple entry discounts ONLY if a
photocopy of the cat's TICA registration accompanies the cat's entry
showing the names of both co-owners.
- End-of-row benching (not
handicapped) — $15.00.
- Phone entry fee — $5.00/entry.
- Substitution
fee — $10.00/entry. Substitutions may be made up to 10pm,

- Extra catalog — $5.00/each.
- The club reserves the right to cancel entries for which payment has
not been received by 10 PM,

- Payment at the door
will be at the sole discretion of the Entry Clerk, will be subject to a
$25.00 late fee, and MUST be paid in cash or cashier's check. No
exceptions -- not even for late entries!
ENTRY TERMS
By entering this show, all exhibitors agree to
the following terms:
- Your cats are entered at
your own risk.
- You will abide by and uphold all
health & safety rules
in effect for this show,
and understand that failure to do so will result in expulsion
from the show without refund.
- You will abide by and
uphold
the rules of TICA and the Show Committee,
and understand that failure to do so will result in expulsion
from the show without refund.
- If you have any
changes, you will
contact the Entry Clerk immediately.
- Entering
the show via any allowable method (website,
email, phone or snail mail) constitutes an agreement to
pay in full for all services ordered, even if you withdraw from
the show, fail to attend the show, or fail to complete the entry
procedure.
- Once you have entered, you commit to paying all fees in U.S.
funds within 24 hours of
completing the summary sheet and/or submitting cat entries. Payment may be made
via credit card, via PayPal to
treasurer@evergreencatfanciers.org,
or money order, check, or bank check made payable to "The Evergreen Cat Fanciers"
and mailed to The Evergreen Cat Fanciers,

- There are no refunds once an
entry or service request has been received by the Entry Clerk.

PAY AT THE DOOR? |
Yes, you can pay at the door. But it'll cost you $25 extra!
All entries not paid by 10 PM on Sunday, February 2, 2025
are subject to a $25 late fee.
Why? Because collecting entry fees at the door really slows down
the check-in process. Also, the club really needs to collect funds up front:
most of our expenses must be paid before the show starts.
(The fine print: Any exhibitor whose payment has not been
received for any reason by 10 pm, Sunday, February 2, 2025
will be assessed a $25.00 late fee. Payment at the door will
be at the sole discretion of the Entry Clerk, will be subject
to the $25.00 late fee, and MUST be paid in cash or cashier's
